Building an effective board is becoming more and more critical today, to handle the ever-increasing demands of Director’s in today’s environment. This program will do a deep dive into this critical topic, with best practices both from a public and private company board perspective.

  • How do you refresh the board when needed, and keep a steady stream of effective directors on your Board?
  • How important is diversity on the board, diversity of experience, skill-sets, and background?
  • What baseline skills and characteristics are most important for Directors?

  • How can Directors effectively communicate to Investors or major stakeholders about the makeup of the board?
