Moderator | Steve ReinemundRetired CEO and Chairman of the Board of PepsiCo. Steve is a director of American Express, ExxonMobil, Marriott International, and Walmart. After serving for six years as the dean of the business school at Wake Forest University, Steve is now Executive in Residence at Wake Forest. He also serves on the Board of Trustees at Furman University and the Board of Directors of the United States Naval Academy Foundation.
Sharon DeckerServed on the boards of SCANA Corporation, Bama Foods, Tanner Companies, and Herschend Family Entertainment Group. She served on the board of Family Dollar Stores until their recent acquisition by Dollar Tree; and she currently serves on the boards of Coca-Cola Bottling Company and the UNC Charlotte Board of Trustees and serves as Senior Vice President of Strategic Initiatives for the Tryon International Equestrian Center. Sharon formerly served as North Carolina Secretary of Commerce, President of NURAY Media, President of Tanner Companies, Doncaster President, Founding President and CEO of the Lynwood Foundation, and as an executive with Duke Energy for almost two decades.
Peter BrowningServed on the boards of 13 publicly traded companies including 16 years at Lowe's Companies and 10 years at Wachovia Corporation. He is currently lead director of Acuity Brands, a member of the board of directors at ScanSource, Inc. and Equilar, and he has also served on the boards of EnPro Industries and Nucor Corporation. The former dean of the McColl School of Business at Queens University of Charlotte, Peter is Managing Director of Peter Browning Partners.
