Carol LoweCarol joined Sealed Air as Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer in June of 2012. Previously, Carol worked for Carlisle Companies Inc., a Fortune 1000 company, for more than 10 years in a number of leadership positions including President of two business units, Vice President and Chief Financial Officer, and Treasurer. Prior to joining Carlisle, Ms. Lowe served in various accounting and treasury positions at National Gypsum Company and she began her career in public accounting at Ernst & Young. Carol has more than 20 years of experience as a senior financial executive with experience in all financial and internal control activities, including financial planning and reporting, accounting, internal audit, investor relations, tax, treasury and risk management. Carol is also a Certified Public Accountant and serves on the Board of Directors of EMCOR and is a former board member at Cytec Industries Incorporated.
Andrea PotterAndrea Potter is an Insights Director at EYQ, EY Global Markets collaborative think tank focused on “what’s after what’s next." Andrea is also a Director in EY’s Global Markets Strategy & Analysis group, where she leads multi-faceted, complex, and high-impact projects designed to assist EY’s senior leadership teams in making investment and operational decisions. Andrea has been with EY since 1998 and has held a number of roles at the firm, including positions with the the Americas Strategy group and the Global Knowledge organization. Prior to EY, Andrea was a knowledge consultant with Teltech (Sopheon) where she provided knowledge management consulting services, as well as market opportunity analysis for Fortune 500 clients.
Sara Garces RoselliSara Garces Roselli is the Co-Founder of Packard Place. Packard Place is the hub for entrepreneurship and innovation in Charlotte, developing fast-growth businesses and the professional community to drive them. Packard Place allows startups and innovative organizations to be housed in one physical location in Uptown. Sara is a graduate of the University of Minnesota and the Carlson School of Management.
Jessica DonanJessica is a partner at EY serving both public and private global engagement teams in the manufacturing and energy industries. Additionally, she has gained extensive knowledge in the areas of inventory, business combinations, mergers and acquisitions and restructuring while serving a diverse client base in multiple cities. Active in the community, Jessica serves on the Board of Directors for Big Brothers and Big Sisters, Executive Committee for the Charlotte Women’s Leadership Forum. Jessica was named one of the Top 25 Women in Business in 2017 by the Charlotte Business Journal. Jessica earned her Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance from the University of Memphis and her Masters in Accountancy from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. Additionally, she holds an International Financial Reporting Standards accreditation.
Tom WilsonTom Wilson is a Managing Partner at DecisionPoint Advisors, LLC. Wilson is a seasoned business executive with over 25 years experience in the technology industry. His transaction experience includes buy-side and sell-side assignments within numerous technology sectors including software, analytics, managed services, and consulting. Wilson currently serves as a director of Jack Henry & Associates. Prior to joining DecisionPoint, he served as Chairman and CEO of NuTech Solutions and President of Osprey, a consulting and systems integration firm, Wilson began his career with IBM where he served in a variety of general management, sales, and marketing positions. Wilson was also an active participant in a structured angel investment group, Charlotte Angel Partners He holds a B.S. in Finance from Clemson University and an MBA from Duke University.
Dan RoselliDan is co-founder of Charlotte’s entrepreneurship center called Packard Place which was recently ranked as one of the 5 largest tech and innovation centers in the country. Dan also co-founded the QueenCity Fintech program which is one of the top Fintech Accelerators in the World and has over 50 alumni companies with over $35M in raised capital. Dan’s first career was in Fortune 500 marketing working in senior marketing positions for General Mills, Colgate Palmolive, and M&M/MARS. Dan also served as the Brand & Advertising Executive for Bank of America where he oversaw Brand Strategy and Marketing Communications. Dan began his entrepreneurial career in 2003 and was one of the co-founders of Internet marketing firm Red Ventures and has co-founded three different companies that have made it to the INC 500 list of fastest growing private companies in America. Dan has a finance degree from Michigan State University and a MBA in marketing from the University of Minnesota. He is the father of two sets of twins and is a passionate Spartan. Go Green.
