Rob FrazziniRob Frazzini leads Deloitte’s Digital Transformation business. He has over 25 years’ experience including 18 as a Principal with Deloitte Consulting. Rob has worked with some of the largest companies in the world, helping them change, grow and create competitive advantages in the market place. He has also served the Federal intelligence community and holds TS/SCI clearance. Rob has a deep understanding of what drives digital transformation and how to best respond to the market. He has substantial experience in the digital strategy, mobile app, social, and innovation arena. Being an innovator himself, the creative aspect of digital is a natural skill set for him. Rob has spoken on the topic of digital and its impact at numerous public forums and remains active in digital networks. Consulting Magazine recognized Rob as one of the Top 10 consultants in the US. Among his many speaking engagements, he co-presented with President Bill Clinton at the Aspen Institute.
Rajeev KulkarniRajeev is VP of Strategy at 3D Systems, a leading provider of 3D printing centric design-to-manufacturing solutions including 3D printers, 3D scanners, print materials and on-demand custom prints for professionals and consumers. As part of this role, he also leads the Education Business for the organization. An innovator himself, Rajeev has been at 3D Systems for more than two decades and been one of the core members who helped invent five different 3D Printing platforms and pioneer the growth of 3D Printing. He holds multiple US and international patents in 3D Printing and has received several “Outstanding Innovation of the Year” awards. He has held several engineering, marketing and business positions at 3D Systems. He is the founding member of Inception Micro Angel Fund and co-chair of the Charlotte Angels Fund in Charlotte. Both the angle funds invested Series A funds in 20-odd NC technology startups. He has led several due diligence teams and served on the board of several of these startups. The Charlotte Business Journal recognized him by presenting him with the “40-Under-40” award in 2009. He was also honored by the Business Leader Magazine with the “Movers and Shakers of Charlotte” award in 2011. Rajeev holds multiple Bachelor and Master’s Degrees in Engineering, Computer Science and Marketing and serves on the board of several incubators, Angel Funds and Entrepreneurial groups.
Scott CarltonMr. Carlton has a strong international business background and extensive experience within the finance and accounting functions in a global public company. He is currently the President of Tokai Carbon GE LLC, whose US headquarters is in Charlotte, North Carolina. Tokai Carbon is a global leader in the production of carbon and graphite materials throughout the world. Prior to that, Scott held the position of President of North America for SGL Group, the Carbon Company for over 10 years. Mr. Carlton had worked within SGL Group for over 25 years in a variety of accounting and financial positions at various locations within and outside of the US. Mr. Carlton holds undergraduate and graduate degrees in accounting and finance and completed the Senior Executive Education Program at London Business School. Currently he is responsible for an organization with over $400 million in annual revenue covering seven subsidiaries with over 700 employees. He is also on the board of United Fire Group. He has a strong background in finance, with particular expertise in accounting and financial oversight and reporting.
